Definition of the concept : I would like to set up a little en-line company which can permit to the young educated student to get a part time or seasonal job as butler junior.

How this concept works :
Young educated students are looking for well paid job with responsability.
We are an online Butler agency and preparative school who provide a knowledge and know how to our employees (young people) to make the clients stay in France plaisant and confortable
Customer target :
- Very rich Middle Est Russian, Indian and Chinese people.
Co Branding :
- Most reputated Real Estate companies
Also we work in co-operation with the most important French Real Estate companies who rent the the magnific villas and big appartements in Capital to the turists who like to stay in Paris more than 3 weeks.
These Rael Estate companies rent the big houses in the neighborhood of Paris and Provence also.
So we would like to mix the plaisant, confortable stay of our clients with utility because they will be accompany by Butler, Private Assistant.
The criterias to be accepted in our cursus as Butler Junior :- People has to pass some online test in our head office in Paris
- The should send us a CV and detail explanation about their work experiences.
- They have to be betwen 25 and 35
- Speak more than 3 languages
- Good appearance
When all these criterias are submitted :
The young students will receive every weekend by mail the programwhich they have to prepare at home and every 2 week thew will have a tecnical practice in our Head office.
We will work exclusively by internet and mail with them but for some practical work they will have a professionnal people who will learn them many important materias as :
- Well educated behavior ( how to speak, how to take a message, how to writte a message by mail or on paper to his employer ( client)
- How to make a very nice set up table
- How to take care of clients loundry, pressing and how to make a very organised dressing
- How to organise short excursion and which good plans he has to propose to his client
- Where the clients can find some luxury and precious things
- How to select the restaurant to his boss without asking him a lot of explanation
- Our student will have intense English, Spanish and Chinese lecons which can permit them to use this professional language.
What are the revenue sources
This coursus takes 3 months and cost 1000 Euros.
If they pass this exam we can find them the persons who needs some particular attention during their stay.
We defined the prices of our allocation
How will the business grow :
We will fix the price of our Butler and the coxtumer has to negociate directy with our company

Eliminating meals during flights3. Savings in turnaround time (the key to profits is keeping planes in the air). What a good idea !
Finnaly we can find a luxury brands on half price.
Firt of all the site is very nicely designed and it attracts our attention.
I was supprised when I assigned myself for purchasing just because they show me an emaising video film about the summary of sales proposed for that day.
Little short video, very fashion, design, you feel that the company wants to work with professionnal material and wants to be sure that the sales will be succesfull and profitable also for them.
Very very sucessul marketing even if it’s creation was 6 years from now.
This site works like a private club, it can be accessible only by sponsorship from member who are already enregistred
This attitude give us a feeling that we are realy a special customer and really PRIVEE.
There is no risk for purchasing and there are many explications about delivery and if we are souranded with some problems they answer to us quickly.
I THINK THAT IT IS A WIN WIN COMBINATION!
Vente privée allows to the company to sell all their stock and the clients are happy because they can acheive luxyry brands in half price.
Honestly i am not afraid for the futur of this comoany.
They are so innovative and it’s strategy is not only to earn money but also to impress their customer.
The club will stay selective and this site will stay selective about the products proposed.
